The Presidency
The Network’s presidency is held, on an annual basis, by the President of the Authority which has organized the latest meeting. The Vice-Presidency is held, for the same period, by the President of the Authority in charge of the next meeting’s organization.
Since the 12th Plenary Assembly in Istanbul September 30 and October 1st 2010, the Presidency of the Network is held by Prof. Davut Dursun, President of the Turkish Supreme Council of Radio-Television (RTÜK) and former vice-president of the network. He succeeded to Mr. Juan Montabes Pereira, president of the Consejo Audiovisual de Andalucia. The Vice-Presidency of the network is assumed by the Broadcasting Authority of Malta.
The Presidency is assisted by a Permanent Secretariat which is ensured by the French Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel, the Cyprus Radio and Television Authority, the Consell de l’Audiovisual de Catalunya and the Haute Autorité de la Communication Audiovisuelle from Morocco.
