Foundation and status
Pursuant to Law Nb 8410, dated 30/09/1998 on public and private radio television in Republic of Albania, amended, in December 1999, has been founded the National Council of Radio-Television as a independent authority, members of which are directly elected by the Assembly. {PAYS}
